Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on the following terms:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns are only accepted after approval via email or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or message.

If approved, your refund will be processed as a store credit or original payment method (depending on your preference).

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item (as per the policy above) and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will prioritize resolving the issue.
